Commander Dante

Here is my Commander Dante.  This is the second miniature I attempted using NMM.  I tried to improve on the lessons learnt whilst painiting my Sanguinor.  Those were to keep the paint thin and to really tighten up on the white highlights.

I am pleased with how the colours came out and that my whites were far less overpowering compared to the Sanguinor.  I still don’t think that I have the light sourcing correct and this is affecting the ‘gold’ effect of my painting.  This Sanguinary Guard is an amazing example of what NMM should really look like!  If I am to progress with NMM on the Marneus Squad then I have a lot of work to do!  Oh well, at least I enjoy trying this.
